Research Experience:
I have long been engaged in teaching, scientific research and related management work, had served as the director of Civil Engineering College of Xinjiang University, now as the director of the Experimental Center of Architectural Engineering College of Xinjiang university; China Silicate Society solid Waste Branch Building solid Waste Committee members; China Construction and Standardization Association of building Waterproof Professional clerk’s fourth expert; Member of the fifth Academic Committee of the National Symposium on recycled Concrete; Major member of Civil Engineering (national specialty); The first executive director of Xinjiang Students Association; Xinjiang Mechanics Society, civil society member; Key disciplines of the autonomous region "structural engineering" major members; New building Material Direction host; Main members of the teaching team of structural engineering specialty in autonomous regions; Postgraduate tutor of College of Architecture and Engineering,Xinjiang University,has training more than 40 postgraduate students; Head of the focus (cultivation) of "disaster prevention and mitigation engineering and protection engineering" of Xinjiang University, etc. Mainly committed to the engineering structure of seismic reinforcement technology application research, new building materials research, high-performance concrete research work. Successively chaired and participated in the National Natural Science Foundation 4 projects, the Ministry of Education "Chunhui plan" 1, the autonomous Region of the educational Department of 3 key projects, a number of horizontal topics. Published more than 60 relevant academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals,as one of the main drafters, participated in compiling the national standard "self-compacting concrete application technology code"and local standard "concrete-filled steel tubular construction Technical Specification" 1parts, participated in the translation of Japan's self-compacting concrete industry standards of information and so on. May 1999 was named The Excellent returning personal in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; August 2002, I was the editor-in-chief of Eleven-Five Planning teaching materials"Combinatorial structure design principle"; To be borne by myself and the project team,The project of "Durability degradation mechanism and key technology of concrete structure in saline area of Xinjiang" was awarded second prize by the 2017 Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress Award; I and the subject group bear the "self-compacting concrete in Xinjiang region popularization and application" project won the tenth session of Xinjiang University Scientific Research outstanding achievements Second Prize; In April 1994,I wrote the"Experimental study on reinforced concrete beams subjected to torsion profile”won the third prize of the fifth annual natural science academic papers in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; In May 2007,I wrote the "Use of non-destructive methods to infer the strength of reinforced concrete members"won the third prize of the ninth annual Natural Science outstanding academic thesis of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; In August 2013, I wrote the "Experimental study on flexural capacity of self-compacting concrete filled with circular hollow sandwich tubes" by the National Structural Engineering Academic Conference excellent thesis first prize; In 2009 , by myself and the subject group,the project was awarded the third prize of the Science Progress award of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region by the "Research and application of rockfill (pebble) concrete in Wu-Jing Line railway project".
