Information For Authors

Submission template:

Manuscripts accepted for publication in the ICCASE Journal must be formatted using the ICCASE Journal Submission Template. Articles published in the ICCASE Journal are prepared for both digital display and archival in the ICCASE Digital Library. The instructions provided here are designed to simplify the manuscript preparation process for authors. Submissions are accepted in Microsoft Word format.

The ICCASE Submission Template will give authors a close approximation of the final publication format, helping authors to gauge the page-length and layout of their work. However, please note that this output is not the final publication format. After acceptance, your manuscript will undergo copy editing according to ICCASE’s editorial standards, then be formatted according to the ICCASE template. You will receive proofs of the final layout for approval before publication.

ICCASE Production Workflow Overview

Microsoft Word: ICCASE has developed an intuitive and accessible experience for Microsoft Word authors. The submission process enables authors to focus on their content rather than formatting, ensuring a smoother preparation process.

If you have any questions or experience difficulties with the submission steps, please contact ICCASE Journal’s support team at submission@iccase.org for assistance with Microsoft Word inquiries.

By following these guidelines, authors can help streamline the publication process and ensure their work meets ICCASE’s high standards for clarity, accessibility, and visual quality.
